End User License Agreement (EULA) for Savage Club App

By accessing or using the Savage Club app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this app.
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By creating an account, you accept this End User License Agreement (EULA) and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated here. Savage Club reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy:
The Savage Club app may allow users to post, share, and view content such as text, photos, and other materials. This user-generated content (UGC) must comply with our standards to maintain a respectful and safe environment for all users.
No Tolerance for Objectionable Content:
Savage Club has a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that is abusive, harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate. Posting such content will lead to the immediate removal of the content and may result in account suspension or termination.
3. User Responsibilities:
As a user of Savage Club, you agree to:
Only post respectful, relevant, and appropriate content.
Refrain from engaging in or promoting harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior.
Adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
4. Flagging and Reporting Mechanism:
Users are encouraged to report any content that they believe violates this EULA. To report objectionable content, use the “Report” option available on each piece of content or user profile.
Savage Club is committed to reviewing and addressing reported content within 24 hours. If the content is found to violate our terms, we reserve the right to remove it and, if necessary, take further action against the user.
5. Blocking Users:
Users have the option to block others who engage in abusive behavior. Blocking will restrict the abusive user from interacting with you on the app.
6. Enforcement and Penalties:
If you violate these terms, Savage Club reserves the right to:
Remove any content that violates these guidelines.
Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account.
Report violations to relevant authorities if necessary.
7. Liability and Disclaimer:
Savage Club does not assume responsibility for any user-generated content. By using this app, you acknowledge that any content viewed or interacted with is at your own risk.
